Check your Router ports make sure they allow access?
Which ports are the most common used by Plex? I enabled 32400 and no difference. Thanks!
I tried the steps here https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200931138 and same results. Even tried the manual port forwarding with same results. Thanks for any assist
I’m having the same issue. It can see my external and internal ips but it has a red x for internet. Sometimes if I don’t manually put in the port it will work but if I try to access it, it is an indirect connection.

I made sure these were open as well. Unfortunately, same results. I also power cycled my modem, server, etc.

I have a red x next to public and private and nothing next to internet

Try unchecking the manually specify port if you have that checked.
Tried both, with and without it checked, same results.
@Dafreakzo just want to confirm your windows 10 built in firewall is also disabled?

It was on. Just turned it off, closed Plex, reopened, re-enabled Remote Access and still no go.
hmm I am not for sure what it can be, sorry, it sounds like you are having a issue somewhere with the ports, something appears to be blocking them…
What kind of setup do you have? Is it a cable/dsl modem and a separate router? What brand is it?
Go here and check to see if you can see the ports are they showing blocked?

It’s a dsl modem/router C1000A http://internethelp.centurylink.com/internethelp/modem-c1000a.html.
I’ll check that out and see. Thanks.

Success: I can see your service on ** on port (32400)
Your ISP is not blocking port 32400
No clue what could be causing this.
I don’t want this to be put to the side like some of the other threads that are being ignored. Can anyone please assist me with this? Any ideas of what I can do? Any further information that I can provide?
Thanks
Just performed a factory reset on the modem/router. UPnP is enabled as well as NAT. Still having the same issue. Contacted ISP and they haven’t the slightest idea what it could be.
