Not available outside your network

Can anyone help with this please, i have just changed the router after virgin media sent me a new router and now i keep getting Not available outside your network error and also can not access the media on plex tv link app as it can not find the server, i have logged into my router to check to see the port forwarding is set up correctly which it has been however it still does not work ?

@jinxed_happy on your settings -> remote access do you have “Manually specify public port” checked?

If you DO have it set, and you have forwarding set up on the router, then I’d say double check DHCP reservations and/or firewall rules.

If you DON’T have the box for manually specified port checked, your plex is trying to negotiate UPNP port access and can’t reserve the port because you already have it reserved manually. In that case either check the box; OR delete your rule in your router and check the box, wait a few seconds the UN-check the box to force plex to re-negotiate the UPNP forwarding.

I have had Virgin Media apply some updates remotely to my router (had an issue with wifi) and after they finished i found my Port Forwards and DHCP Reservations were gone
