Problem with remote access after moving

Server Version#: 1.19.4.2935
Player Version#: 4.36.1
Windowns 10

So i have been using plex media server to share movies and such i have located on my computer and never had an issue with the remote access but now i get the error " Not available outside your network" and i have gone through the help forum as recommended but didn’t fin a solution. This issue happened after i moved and i have another router now so i suspect there is a problem there.

Things i have/information
Static IP
Port forwarded the IP
Reserved same IP in DHCP(in router settings)
My router: D-Link DIR-809
Using Windows defender antivirus and didn’t find an firewall issue with plex

When it comes to remote access issues… try to slice the issue in smaller bits

  • can you access your router’s public IP address and the public port you’re using in the port forward from outside your home network (e.g. using canyouseeme.org)?
  • if it doesn’t work… test it with a different port to verify if the ISP maybe blocks that particular port
  • try to verify if your ISP is assigning an actual public IP to your router (e.g. not using some CGNAT where individual endpoints only get a private IP address

Canyouseeme.org did not work for me but i’m not sure how to change the port

If you’re using UPnP, Plex will try to automatically open the port 32400 of your router.
With a manual port forward you can specify which public port will be forwarded to your local PMS IP address.

See the D-Link DIR-809 Rev B manual, page 87. When you establish a port forward, best use a port between 20000 and 50000.

I tried to manually port forward my IP adress with port 32000 TCP and i Manually specify public port too 32000 allso but still have the same problem were when i retry it says it’s connected but if i refresh the site it’ll fail and give the same audio.

I couldn’t find the manual you quoted when i searched for it

I’m sure that is a router issue since the problem originated after i moved and everything else hasn’t changed
