Not available outside your network for some users not all

Server Version#:1.14.1.5488
Player Version#:

I bought a new computer and I have moved the Plex Media Sever to the new computer. On the old computer everything worked perfect as far as Plex was concerned. My system consists of a ISP router that I port forward 32400 to my wifi router. In my wifi router I port forward 32400 to the new computer. I have several people that access my server. One is still able to access it but no one else can. The remote access message says ‘Not available outside your network’. I have tried everything in the suggestions to get this working and I have not been successful. I have disabled the firewall on the new computer and that did not solve the problem. I tried setting the isp router to use 32410 instead of 32400 and set up the port forwarding on the new computer to 32410 --> 32400. That did not work. I just can’s get the media server to access correctly for the outside world. Not sure where to go from here as I would like to have this working for all of my friends.

I am having the same problem. I can add on this same machine Gigabyte H97 that I also can boot into MAC OSX which runs Plex Media Server which runs with 32400 fully open remotely. So the Router which is set to a Static IP for this computer and port 32400 forwarded to this IP does not appear to be the problem. The problem is with Windows, As a Plex Pass Lifetime Member, there is no way that I can get support from PLEX Support if one does indeed exist. This is extremely frustrating. You would think PLEX would like to resolve this, after searching the web MANY other users have had this problem, and are frustrated that PLEX Support has turned their backs on this issue.
