Not Available Outside Your Network

So I set this up yesterday with my new WD MyCloud. I had non stop issues where it said the server wasnt available outside my network. Not sure what I did to fix it but it ended up getting fixed after an hour of messing with it.
Now today I installed an update file and I’m getting the same error but this time its saying I have a double NAT situation.
" Not available outside your network

Your server is signed in to Plex, but is not reachable from outside your network. Tip: It looks like your server may be connected to the internet through multiple routers or other network devices. Try connecting it directly to your primary device, or visit our support site for more information about troubleshooting this “Double-NAT” scenario."

I only have one router! My WD HD is plugged directly into it. I went to the troubleshooting page but honestly I dont know half of what the hell they are saying. Its all gibberish to me.

If anyone can help, despite my lack of real information, I’d appreciate it.

cool. I enabled bridge mode because google told me that would fix it. Now im completely shut out of my routers settings.

k. Had to reset my router entirely to gain access to it again. Now the double NAT problem isnt showing up but its still saying Not Available Outside Your Network.

…And now I have set up a manual port. It says connected for a few seconds then switches back to saying the same damn thing. I seriously dont know what to do. I’ve been messing with this for about 3 hours now.
