Hey guys,
I hope you can help me. I installed Plex Media Server on my Linux Ubuntu NAS and put some music files into it. Logging in with the same account I can access my music on an iPhone SE 2020 in the safari browser calling http://192.168.xx.xx:PORT.
I also installed the Plex iOS App and logged in with the same account. My server is recognized and I select it. But after this I can not find the music. When I open the left sidebar and click “More” my server name is listed but there is a red badge saying “Not connected”.
I’m using the german app so I hope the translations are correct.
I already tried to update the server, but it’s already on the newest version. I tried logging out and in, clearing the cache… I also tried to connect to the server under Settings -> Advanced -> Server connections but I get error 401. On the server side I enabled insecure connections in the settings.
Any ideas? I would be very grateful.
