"Not enough bandwidth...." error on Android Plex, but not on Desktop Plex.

I am trying to play some “Channels” through Plex. On my Desktop they work just find, but on my Android Tablet I am getting the ‘not enough bandwidth’ error. The odd thing is, all the media I have on my media server plays perfectly through the Plex server on both devices. I have tried to adjust a lot of settings but so far nothing has worked yet,

When I change settings are the changes instant, or do I have to restart the plex server each time?

There is currently an issue with some Plugin Channels leading to such error. From evidence supplied on this forum topic http://forums.plex.tv/discussion/284947/not-enough-bandwidth-for-any-playback-of-this-item-cannot-convert-to-below-minimum-bandwidth-of-77k/p1 , the problem is being investigated and whilst the issue is understood, no solution is yet available

If you supply Plex Media Server logs including logs of the plugin then it can be confirmed if it is the same issue

is there any kind of a rough ETA for a patch?

The solution is not worked out (if this is the same issue as the one to do with HLS channels linked here http://forums.plex.tv/discussion/284947/not-enough-bandwidth-for-any-playback-of-this-item-cannot-convert-to-below-minimum-bandwidth-of-77k/p1)
