“Not enough bandwidth for any playback of this item. Cannot convert to below minimum bandwidth of 103kbps”

Sorry if this has been addressed, I’ve been trying for over 45 days to find a resolution to remote viewing of channels through plex web via chrome. Most of these channels use hls streams

PMS on windows 7 ver Version 1.9.5.4323 (900Mbs upload)
to remote Plex Web Version 3.23.1 on 100mbit connecction

The Plex app for Windows 10 is working on the same pc which is what confusing me.

Yes this has already been reported and is an unresolved issue with hls channels

Plex Media Server Beta Release 1.10.1.4561 has been released and it includes a fix for bandwidth errors when streaming remotely from channels such as iptv
