Not enough bandwidth for direct play of this item. Required bandwidth is 8901kbps and only 4000kbps is available. Help?

There is an issue with the Xbox client that it will give this error that is being worked on. In the mean time you should be able to go into the setting and turn off Direct Play and which should alleviate the issue for the time being.
(Not sure if this is what the OP did, but one of my users was having the same issue)
