Not receiving email for verification

Hi all, I recently purchased the Plex Pass and wanted to setup 2FA for my account, which required me to verify my email. I clicked on send verification email but didn’t receive any. I have checked my Spam folder but the email is not present there as well.

Could someone please help me with this . I use a standard Gmail account.

I am having the same issue.

Never Mind , i got the email now a few hrs after requesting was able to setup 2FA.

My sister is having the same issue… not receiving reset password email. Have tried 3 times now…
