Not receiving Password Reset email

My company has many Plex accounts, one for each of our locations. We use them to play a looped safety video all day. We are currently unable to get into one of those accounts to re link the TV. The password reset email isn’t coming through and we have whitelisted the noreply@plex.tv and hello@mail.plex.tv email addresses and the email is just not coming. Mail trace doesn’t even show them hitting the mail server let alone getting blocked. Can a member of Staff help get the account accessible again?
