Not receiving password reset in email

I’m not receiving an email to reset my account. May have been years since I’ve used this.

It shows it stopped sending emails because either you or your email app/provoder marked them as spam. Ive removed your email from that list so it will try the next time.

Besides junk mail settings, if you use hotmail or the outlook.com site please make sure there are not any automatically generated “rules” that may have sent our emails to the trash, junk or someplace. This is different than junk mail settings.

I’m having the same issue and been trying to reset my password the last couple of days without getting receiving anything in my inbox or junk folder. I’ve also verified that I don’t have any automated rules in Outlook. I created a different account just to reply to this post but my original account is registered on [email removed by mod]. Could you please check if it has been marked as blocked on your end as well?

Can you sort out [Email Removed by mod] as well please?

@aeneas_c one our end it shows that it went through and got a reply from your hotmail server that it was recieved. Please check your junk and rules settings at outlook.com or whatever email client you use,

@olayaa yours as well shows that it went through and hotmail received it and delivered to inbox. There is no block on our end that I can see.

If anyone else is seeing this please don’t post your email publicly. I can usually find your account without it.
