I have a Plex Pass account with {email removed by mod) and that email is not receiving emails when I try reseting my password from the website. I have checked my spam folder and there is no messages there either. Please help.
Our emails to you were being bounced back in the past with your email server saying that email did not exist, so our email server stops sending them after a while. I’ve gotten your email removed from bounce list so you can try again.
