Not seeing all my movies in plex

I am not seeing all my movies in plex and it is not a naming issue.
Example it sees Fellowship of the Ring Pt1.mp4
but not Fellowship of the Ring Pt2.mp4
I have even gone as far as moving it to another folder and renaming it to Test.mp4 and it still doesn’t see it.

Second issue does the new Plex Media Player not allow you to view by folders?

I have the folder use resolved. Also the other issue. Downloaded a new copy of plex and reset the libraries
