Not seeing my personal music folder from server on iPhone

Server Version#:4.43.4 mac
Player Version#:7.9 iOS
I have added a lot of music on my Mac Plex server. I have an active yearly Plex Pass, using the iPhone app. I can see my server name, but when I select it, the only libraries I see are movies, podcasts, and music on tidal. I do not see my personal music folder. my understanding was I would be able to stream from my Plex server. Please help.

Does the music library appear in the regular web app?
If it does, it might be as simple as pinning it to the side bar in you riOS app.

Yes, the Music folder shows up when I open the web app. However, on the iOS app, I select music from my server, and it just goes to a loading icon with a circle, but it has been there about 4 hours now and never changed.

This is still not working.
I have been building my music library on a Plex server on my Mac.
I am using the Plex iOS app on my iPhone 8.
When I am on my own network, the phone sees my Music library fine.
When I am away from home, or not on my network, it is not there.
When I try to connect, I can see my Mac as a source, but Music is not a listed choice (only Music on Tidal).
I do not understand what is wrong. I do not understand how to fix. I need specific instructions which work to fix this issue.

I just accessed the Plex Web App, and for my Music library, it says "No soup for you. You do not have access to this server. How do I fix this? I followed the instructions to create the library, populated it with music, my iOS app will see it if on the same network, but when I turn off wifi and go to LTE, the server is shown, but the Music library is not. Again, as asked multiple times in this thread, HOW do I FIX this ? Please help me, I do not know what to do.
