Not updating new media files

Server Version#: Windows Server 2019
Player Version#:4.108.0
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>I added new media files in the folder and scanned the Libraries. The new media files did not appeared on Flex server player. I’ve tried rebooting the server and did all the update and still does not update the libraries. Is there anything you can help to fix this issues. Thank you.
