Not working at all

I am at my wits end with Plex, I posted a month ago stating that my Plex wouldn’t work on my local network but for some reason remote connections were fine. I gave all the details I could, I haven’t changed ANYTHING with my router/network settings, all I ever did was get a new computer, install Plex onto the new computer and add the libraries to it. It worked perfectly fine for the first couple months on the new computer, then all the sudden my apps on the local network either weren’t loading plex at all, or weren’t loading it correctly, i.e. menus wouldn’t load or something of that sort, but Remote connections were fine.

Now none of it works, no one that was using Remote Connections is getting it to work and I can’t get the apps to load at all, it says it can’t connect to the server, but shows the server, says its testing connections but wont work. I have made sure Plex is updated, I have restarted the app, restarted my computer, done everything I can possibly think of and nothing fixes this P.O.S app!

I pay the yearly fee for Plex Pass, and for what? I can’t get any semblance of help on these forums, I have never ONCE gotten a issue resolved through the forums, I can usually get things working myself after while, but now nothing works at all for this app. I can’t use it, nor can anyone that was using the remote connection. If I could get some actual help that would be fantastic.

Before going any further, May I have the server log files? (settings - server - help - download logs)?

What little I do know of windows, based on what you’re describing sounds like a firewall is stopping everything from connecting. I don’t see where anyone referenced the documents so you can confirm (if needed) the appropriate ports have been opened in your filewall program.
