This is my feedback to the Plex staff as there is no way to contact them with technical issues even if you pay for the service.
This is the second time I subscribed for a monthly plex pass to see how it works, and it is a pitty that I get the same answer now as I did more than one year ago: Nothing works what I paid for. Last year I used different equipment, different setup, plex pass didn’t manage to sync anywhere be it cloud or android device.
Time passed, I use different things, they had a lot of time to work. Still nothing works what I tried. I do not and I have never understood why would it worth to pay for something of which the paid version cannot do more than the free one. Just a thought to consider.
To sum up: I am disappointed guys. Probably will never be a subscriber again.
By the way: community forum is something that other people offer for the free version. Paying for something I would expect to have official support which I can contact and not pray for somebody had the same issue as I before…
