Hi, I’ve been dealing with issues on a Shield TV Pro (2019) that ended up creating multiple servers in my Plex account that aren’t manageable. It’s reached a point where I want want a factory reset version of my Plex account and to restart it all from scratch (besides the plex pass i paid for, of course). Is there… a way to do that?

Are those unmanageable servers listed there?
if so, just delete them

They are not, and every repair I’ve seen just made things worse. Please help me tear it all down and start anew.

If your server is running on the Shield then go to the systems app settings and clear the data for the Plex Media Server app like you would any other Android app.
