Using NVidia Shield P2897 V 8.0 Android TV V 7.0.2
Plex Beta server… latest
HD Homerun 4 tuners

I realise it’s beta… but there are significant issues. Anyone have any preferred server settings ?

  • Have to say the DVR is nearly unusable. Certain channels (ITV being one) Plex pauses, ‘weak signal’ plays for a short while… pauses… repeat. Yet if I tune the same channel in HD Homerun it plays fine, no issues.

  • Another annoyance is… in the guide, select the channel you want, then you have to click ‘watch’ then it ties to tune, takes an age, then either tune in or ‘Error’ playback has stopped because the connection to the server has been lost’.

  • Guide allow you to scroll back to 3 hours previous… no point in that.

  • Scrubbing live stream is fair, but clunky. Needs to be slicker
