Problems seeing DVR option on my Plex server

I’m really sorry it’s my first time posting and I couldn’t figure out how to edit my post. So my question is in this reply.

I am trying to set up a dvr. Nvidia Shield+HDHomerun. I actually have two issues:

1. I cannot see the DVR selection anywhere to start setting it up. Have been messing with this for days. I have the Plex server installed on my Nvidia. Lots of menu selections down the side but no dvr.

2. Right now I’d be happy first just to watch my HDHomerun tuner channels in Plex. But all I get from Live TV is a bunch of preset stuff and there seems to be no way to see my antenna tv.

In settings sidebar on bottom left is the option for LiveTV&DVR where you can set it up. There is an image in this article. Live TV & DVR (Set Up and Manage) | Plex Support

if you don’t see that setting can you tell us where the settings stop?

Posting here from the UK as I have a similar issue with the DVR setup on my Nvidia SHIELD - the Live TV & DVR had been set up for a while now (National Freeview OTA lineup), but recently (not entirely sure of the exact date) the OTA Live TV/DVR disappeared from the server - only the Plex Live TV remains.

After a few attempts at restarting/updating the Shield’s Media Server app, removed the DVR to re-add it hopefully solve the issue - however, the Server can now no longer find either of our HDHomeRun Tuners (CONNECT and QUATTRO) - even when using the specific IP address. Nothing has changed on the network, other devices are working as normal, and the HDHomeRuns are working through their native (SiliconeDust) app - is there an issue with the Plex DVR integration at the moment, or the support for these devices?

Attached the screen where setup stops - just infinite spinning wheel, and tuners are never found.
