Can’t find this anywhere; sorry if I missed it.

Is there a way to enable more than 2 HW encodes on an nvidia geforce?

No. Limit imposed by Nvidia, not Plex.

I understand. Is there a way to enable more than that through some other mechanism (driver, etc)?

I saw that you can in Ubuntu (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bQLgbc9NFdU), just hoping there was something similar in Windows.
