Nvidia - no longer defaulting to 4K

I have my 1080p and 4K movies in the same plex library. Previously on my nvidia shield TV it would play the 4K version, but now it plays the 1080P version first.

Is this a recent change? How do I get Plex to do what it used to do before and play the 4K version?
