For the last few weeks I have been having a lot of issue with the plex app on my NVidia Shield (2017). When we try to watch something it appears to lockup and crash. This seems to happen the first time we try to watch something that day or it could be right after we have finished watching something. The key sign that appears when it is going to happen is that not all of the on deck items show up or they show incorrect. After the app crashes most of the time it works fine right after but not all the time and it can happen multiple times in a row or might not happen for a day. I have attempted to clear the app cache, uninstall the app and reinstall with no luck.
The NVidia shield is hardwired into the network with switch at the TV going to a primary switch that it shares with the plex server. The plex server is running on a 4 core 6gb ram VM on Ryzen 2700x hardware.
I have attached the logs from the last crash, we were watching up till 8:13ish walked away to do something and I came back to watch something else when it crashed loading the movie description.
Any ideas on this are greatly appreciated.
