This keeps happening over and over. At first i thought it was a server issue, so i upgraded the server but the problem persisted. I upgraded the shield app as well and the problem persisted. I has probably been a week or two since i last used it on this device but it worked then without any disconnects. I tested the ethernet connection and it doesn’t drop. I also tried wireless, no change. At first it crashed while watching a movie at different points, but a few times it has crashed on the menu or settings screens. I cleared the cache and data also and rebooted the shield.
I captured the logs, but i don’t know enough about them to see what is the cause.
I see alot of we were disconnected from the kepler server messages.
Then it says “[InitializationMonitor] App created”
I am assuming that is where the app restarts.
Any Suggestions?
Right now i rolledback the app to the original one that came with the shield. I will see if it makes it through a movie.
