Player Version#: Latest from Android play store
Basically what it is in the description. Server is running on a Intel Nuc with a J4005 CPU (supports hevc).
With a MiBox 4K as a client, direct play works without issues.
With a GGCWGTV or a Nvidia shield it transcodes Audio to Opus from AC3 and HEVC to H.264.

I really have no idea how to further troubleshoot. Plex server logs only say this:
