I had a planned 2+ hour outage last night and tried to access my Plex Server (Windows) from my Nvidia Shield Client, without success. Previously I had made the modifications to allow local access and did gain access from my PC, as well as my iphone. I also had DLNA access enabled, but I did find the server has a “DLNA Client Preference” designation that was wrong - bad IP address. Additionally just checked the Plex app on the Shield and it had Secure Access ONLY (have changed that to allow Local Network). I’m not anxious to test this again, but curious if either/both of these could be the problem. I can’t find a reference that says offline access with the Shield client is NOT supported. Or am I possible missing something else?
