Nvidia Shield Live TV Channel Changing

I need some help re Live TV Streaming.

Overall it works decently but if watching a channel and try to change to another it just exits the current channel and doesn’t change to the new channel. Is this how it’s supposed to be?

I am using a HDHomerun Connect Quattro with the plex server on the nvidia shield.

Any help is appreciated!

Same here. I usually exit what I am watching and then click on the new channel.
