I use nvidia shield as the server and the live tv had worked fine until about a month ago. Now all of the local channels are gone. I logged on via PC and tried to refresh the guide but it comes up with “can’t do it at this time” error. Any ideas? I tried back dating the app and the old version isn’t recognizing the “live” channels at all. I know the antenna works because it had worked before and it still works when I run another app that shows live tv.
@dansink84_gmail_com What version of PMS are you on? Plex switched EPG providers and the old one will no longer work so you do need to be on a somewhat recent version.
Post your PMS Version and logs and they should help make it clear what might be going on.
