NVIDIA Shield - Localhost unavailable

Hi everyone, I am trying to establish a Plex server on my previous generation Nvidia shield and having difficulty. It always shows Localhost unavailable yet the shield is connected to internet via Ethernet. The screen only allows me to retry the connection. Any guidance on how I can address this?

I am having the same issue as well. NVIDIA Shield Pro 2019 connected directly via ethernet to router. Synology NAS connnected to router as well, same sub-net. Workaround is to “log in” using my plex credentials and it will work for some time. Over time, the Plex app on the SHIELD will not immediately find some new content. Eventually it will stop connecting at all until I log out of my plex app and log back in.

I have the same issue. IT doesn’t seem like it’s exclusively a Plex problem as I’ve noticed that Shield itself sees mounted Synology folders as unavailable after a period of inactivity/time. This in turn causes the Plex to lose it and its quite annoying to restart everything to get it back online.

Did anyone encounter the same problem or had found a solution?
