Nvidia SHIELD - Low in storage due to Plex server?

Hello,

This week I got the low on storage error on my Nvidia Shield 16gb. Since I relocated the plex storage to my hard drive I went looking where it came from and found the Media Storage app was taking up all my space (see picture). Has this something to do with the Plex Server?

Probably related to this, where is the option to move app data in SHIELD to external storage? It was in client settings before but now is gone? Does this mean data is being transferred back to Internal?
