Plex on Nvidia Shield keep telling me that there is none storage left

Hi,
My Plex occupy almost my 12GB on my Shield Internal Storage - This is not the first time I have to reset my Nvidia shield. The 2 only app I have on my Shield is the Plex Media Server app & Google Play in order to update the 1st app but I can’t even update it because the Nvidia indicate me I have no storage left . The cache folder is already empty.

I thought of using an external storage but despite that the internal shared space continues to fill up little by little until 12go… I even tried to modify the temporary directory of transcoding but nothing to do the internal space of the shield continues to fill

Is it possible to access this shared storage to do the cleaning myself? Or is it possible to make a backup of my database so that I can reinstall the server without losing any of my data? (I ask because the procedure indicated by Plex does not work)

I don’t know what to do anymore, please help me to fix this.

Server Version#: 1.24.4.5081

Did you only think about it or did you actually connect an external SSD to your Shield?

Yes I connected an external storage

Did you tell Plex to move the server data onto this drive?

You migth also want to disable all features which require a lot of temporary storage, like intro detection, loudness analysis, sonic analysis.

Yes I moved the server data on the drive but the internal storage keeps filling up anyway. I’ll try to disable all these features but before this, do you know any way to clean the useless data ? I just tried to access to Nvidia Shield by network but I have only 2 folders.

but I can’t access the Logs folder because there are too many files inside, the content takes too much time to load (FYI I launched an analysis of the size of the folder yesterday evening but it is still not finished). Do you think I can delete the Logs folder ?

At least not while Plex server is still running. If you can make the server shut down cleanly, you can delete the folder, I think.
