Nvidia Shield Media Server Not Appearing in Web App

No matter what I do, my Nvidia Shield media server will not show up in the web app.

It will show up as an option in Plex on the Nvidia, as well as, an option as a media server on my PC…yet not in the Plex Web app…hence I can’t set up the libraries.

Appreciate any insights!

I’m having the same issue.

log in to Nvidia local host from a PC or other local web browser 192.168.1.XXX:32400/web whatever your local IP for your shield is with the :32400/web at the end and claim your server
works like a charm!!!
