Version 2025.12.0 was released in error to Android TV devices a couple of days ago. It should have been pulled. You should be able to uninstall the Plex app and reinstall; it will pull the “legacy” app (version 10.26).

Android TV Beta got new experience, showstopping bug

This was a mistake and a fix was just released. You should be able to opt into the beta again and get the old app. For anyone who has the beta Android TV app installed and was updated to the new experience, you will need to uninstall the app and reinstall it to roll back to the old app.
