I have 3 NVIDIA Shield boxes in my home. All 3 used to work fine playing all content 1080 and 4k. Lately only one NVIDIA box is working well and plays all content from my Plex server.
Other boxes get: Error An error occurred while attempting to play this video Please check your connection and try again. (Content does not play)
Another error I get is Indirect Playback: You are not connected directly to this server so streaming quality may be limited. You may be able to connect directly by changing your home network settings. (content doesn’t play)
When is does play it is buffering badly. I suspect latest Plex Media player update but would like some assistance. Thanks in advance and please advise…
