Nvidia Shield Plex Server keeps becoming Unavailable

Server Version#: 1.18.0.1913
Player Version#: 4.40.1

For some reason at least once a week I am unable to connect to the Plex Server on my Nvidia Shield (issue occurs both remotely and on the same LAN). The way to fix it is to Stop and Start the server or restart the Shield entirely.

I see logs like this constantly repeating when the Server becomes unavailable:

What gives?
(I have more logs, not sure how to attach them)
