nVidia Shield Plex Server Match Not Working

My plex server running on a nVidiea Shield is not able to match and tv shows or movies either automatically or manually using the Plex Movies and Plex TV Series scanner and agent.
I have tried to change the agent to the Plex Series Scanner and the Plex Movies scanner but the configuration does not stay and it always tries to use Plext Movies and Plex TV Series.

Does anyone have any advice on how I may be able to fix it?

Can you provide an example of how you have the files named and organized?
A directory listing, screenshot, etc.

If the files are not named and organized as Plex expects, they may not be recognized correctly.

Hi,

I am following the same structure and naming for the past couple of years but only recently been having issues with automated and manal matchin not returing any results.

All of the movies are in a folder called movies and then the files names are strucuted like Everything.Everywhere.All.At.Once.2022.720p.WEBRip.900MB.x264-GalaxyRG.

I could understand autoated matching not working sometimes but not manual matching alwasy returing no results.

These are the screenshots when I try to perform a manual match and no matter what criteria I put in no results are returned.

I have tried to change the agent and scanner to Plext Movie Scanner and Plex Movie but the settigns do not stay applied

Can you post your server logs? Almost sounds like a DNS issue, or possibly a corrupt database.

is your date/time set correctly? Im seeing an SSL error:
WARN - [HttpClient/HCl#31] HTTP error requesting GET https://music.provider.plex.tv (60, SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK) (SSL certificate problem: certificate is not yet valid)

I have confirmed the date and time on the nVidia is correct

I am also unable to change the scanner agent. Whenver I try to change it to another agent and then check the config it reverts back to the old one.

The logs you uploaded before don’t seem to be available anymore.

Not sute what happened there. I have attached the latest logs.

It looks like the system clock was not correct when the server started up:

Oct 17, 2022 15:33:06.506 [7815] INFO - Plex Media Server v1.30.2.6563-3d4dc0cce - NVIDIA SHIELD Android TV darcy - build: android-aarch64 unknown - GMT 11:00

It then got set correctly a bit later, but only after a bunch of stuff failed due to the time mismatch.

Try restarting the Shield.
