When Plex media server is installed on my Nvidia shield pro, other streaming apps fail to play videos. Paramount+, Disney+, Prime Video, Formula 1 TV. They either buffer indefinitely, or buffer for about 30 seconds and return a playback error. After failing to play a video the streaming apps become unresponsive for several seconds at a time.
After uninstalling Plex media server the streaming apps return to normal.
I have attempted a factory reset and the same behavior still exists.
Youtube is the only app I use not affected by this.
