Whenever I attempt to open any playlist, I get the error “It looks like something went wrong. Please try again.” This problem started with the past few weeks. I can open collections and everything works as expected.
If I try to delete the playlists with the Shield app I see “Talking to server” but the playlist does not get deleted.
When I try to delete them at https://app.plex.tv I get an error saying there was a problem deleting the playlist.
I’ve also noticed that Plex no longer seems to be able to detect newly saved mkv files.
Out of 353 mkv files the 4 most recent files will not show up in the library.
Any ideas what could be causing this problem?
