Nvidia Shield Server Cannot Find OR Add Media

Server Version#: 1.14.1.5490

Plex Media Server was working fine, but I needed to upgrade storage so moved my media on a new hard drive. Upon doing so, Plex would only find the old copied media and not newly added media.

Tried resetting Plex Media Server (Clearing data and Cache) & Factory resetting the Nvidia shield.
And now it wont find any media at all. It attempts to scan, then comes back with no files found :frowning:

Media is located on WD NAS. Confirmed mounted and can be accessed / Folders setup via the Plex.tv

FYI. Found The Solution. Ended up being due to a Folder permissions issue.
