Plex Media Server on Nvidia Shield scans libraries but no longer adds new media

Player Version#: 10.1.1.4347

Plex Media server on Nvidia Shield Pro, Media files on Synology NAS. Adding new media from Libraries has been working and now I can see that the libraries are being scanned but new media not showing in Plex player or on https://app.plex.tv/. I also have plex server running on the Synology and this is working as normal.
