Unable to add media to my Plex Server on nVidia Shield Pro with Oreo Update

Hi,

I have been using Plex Sever for past many months on my Mac and i know the basics to run and use.

However i bought nVidia Shield Pro 10 days back and today i wanted to use the same as server.
I am unable to add media to the libraries. I tried all three methods:

  1. SD Card
  2. External 1 TB HDD / External 2 TB HDD
  3. Network Drive.

I am able to browse through the media, but after adding library scan for few seconds and nothing is added.

Kindly sumbody help me, i am really frustrated. If there is any solution, please write me step by step.

It’s a bug. See:

A couple of workarounds in that thread, but nothing that completely resolves the issue. We’ll just have to wait for the bug to be fixed.
