NVIDIA shield, still no Trailers

Hello,

i have a pretty annoying problem. I had bought a premium membership from plex to watch trailers of movies on my TV. Unfortunately, this does not work on all devices, laptops, PCs, etc., but not on the NVIDIA Shield. Is there a clue as to what could be causing this again? I’m grateful for every tip.
