Most times when I turn on my Shield and open Plex all my libraries has been pinned to the home menu. Each time I unpin the libraries that I don’t want on my home menu.
I have had this issue for about 1,5 years.
I can’t seem to find a pattern for when this occurs. But it only happens when my Shield has been turned off ( but not every time, about 80% of the time). I have tried to see if I could force this by force closing the Plex app, but they are unpinned if I try this.
I don’t have this issue on the Web Player or the Android app.
Can somebody help? It gets tiresome really fast to unpin those libraries so often.

Hi @Faerch - Have you tried Reset All Customizations ??
Go to the Home screen, and highlight the Home line, then click left and hit the 3 dots, then select Reset All Customizations and go through the process of setting up the pinned libraries.
Hmmm… In that case I can only think of 2 other things to try, as it sounds like there is some kind of weird corruption in the Plex app…
Go to the Shield settings > Apps > Plex… Then clear data and clear cache - This should effectively reset the entire app.
If that doesn’t work, I’d look at a full factory reset of the Shield itself, but obviously this will wipe everything so it would be an absolute last resort !!
