Nvidia shield TV pro 2019 support

There is quite a few things broken during the latest update for android TV for me such as sometimes I put plex on and get content not found error, Then I have to come out of the app and back in , when I sometimes go to play something it will crash during play then still play audio in the background, then on top of that for what ever reason when I disabled the discover and the other stuff on my plex account settings for the search it still offers me free suggestions and I am getting terrible buffering even though I have a 500 megabyte connection anybody could I please have any suggestions to fix this

your internet connection speed is not relevant to playing local content, so any buffering has nothing to do with your internet connection.

@kallums6 I don’t believe there’s anything broken with the Shield currently, I’m having a flawless playback experience with mine. Considering the server is not your own, I would recommend checking in with the server owner to see what’s up with “content not found” media etc. That’s on the owners end, not Plex.

This is again going to be on the server owner, doesn’t sound like their server or connection can keep up maybe.

you’re right there is nothing wrong with the “shield”, but there is a lot wrong with plex android client app

The “No content” issue has been fixed and the fix is scheduled to be released next week in the version 9.14.0.
