I am writing in regards to the Nvidia shield tv pro Plex app as it’s been broken since the last few updates you did. It’s pretty much unusable now as it keeps crashing, freezing and is very glitchy. Would you please review and fix asap?
I cannot even use the app as it is slow and keeps crashing when I launch and going back to the Google TV home page. If I’m lucky to get it stable enough for a few seconds, everything else I do will then make it crash again, even some simple things like changing the order of pinned items.
I know it’s not my device as I have three shield TV pros and it’s happening on all of them. The app seems to be working fine on my mobile phone.
Hoping to hear from you very soon with a fix as I am a lifetime paid Plex member who has been recommending your app for the longest time to friends and family but now it does not live up to the quality and reliability I had come to expect from the app.
