Occasionally plex gets stuck in a commercial and starts looping until it fails

Occasionally when watching live tv I will experience during a commercial where it will get stuck at a point in the commercial where it stops and then just loops over and over, eventually failing to stream. The only way I can get the show to continue to play is to change the channel and then change it back. It will continue on at that point with no issues. It just occurred and I collected server logs. I was watching on an Nvidia Shield and it was a direct stream.

Hopefully someone can take a look and see what is causing this issue.
