Plex Live TV & DVR loops thr stream buffer and cannot recover on it's own

I have searched the forums and all topics of this nature are closed so I cannot reply to the threads to report the problem is either not fixed or has been broken again in a future update. The stream will play fine for sometimes 30 minutes to 1.5 hr then the stream will start looping the same 1 minute segment. I can confirm the provider is not looping like this it’s something that happens on the Plex side. It happens with every player I have available including the built in Plex Web.

I will keep an eye on this issue on my setup and report back when I get a chance. I don’t use Android because it doesn’t work correctly but I do use Roku instead…

But first we need more info… is xTeVe passing the stream URL to Plex or is xTeVe buffering through VLC/FFMPEG first? Let me know your configuration in xTeVe…
