Offline browsing connecting to server

plex server: 1.15.8.1163, android client: 7.16.0.10517

Using offline browsing, watching server dashboard shows client connecting to server either on wifi or mobile data, music plays in all modes.

Music continues when wifi and mobile data turned off, then server does not show connected device.

This is an issue when you expect to NOT use mobile data when offline browsing. All music was pre-sync’d.

That is the player sending back playback progress, not streaming.
