Offline Download works on iphone, but not ipad

New Plex user here. I have a Yearly Plex Pass. Just setting everything up for the first time. Offline downloads are a very important feature for me.

All devices are signed in with my admin user credentials. On my iphone 13, downloading for offline works as expected. On the plex server status I will see that the transcode/download. On my iPad Air 3rd Gen, downloading is stuck at 0% progress. On the plex server status nothing shows up.

As an aside, I think people who pay for the plex pass should get one-on-one support, and not have to deal with a forum.

Same issue here. Sync used to work just fine. Downloads doesn’t work at all no matter what I do on iPhone or iPad. Plex please fix. Lifetime Plex pass here.
